eBuilding Service’s construction service and general maintenance division has completed the historic preservation of Alpine Hose #2 in Georgetown, Colorado. The project, funded through the State Historical Society involved the restoration of the principal visual and historical symbol of Georgetown, Colorado. In 1875, the town provided the newly formed Alpine Hoe company No. 2 with the firehouse. The second floor served as a meeting room and the ground floor still houses the hose carts. In 1880, William Hamilton donated a 1,200 bell to the building and the town built a new 72ft tower. eBuilding Service is proud to have been selected to complete this high profile, historic preservation project for the Town of Georgetown. The building including the 72ft hose tower was completely refurbished including new walls, electrical and hardwood flooring. eBuilding Service provides commercial construction services including new construction, historic renovation and tenant finish to the Colorado Front Range, Denver and neighboring mountain communities.
