Dallas, TX February 18, 2010 — eBuilding Service, LLC, the rapidly-growing all-in-one property-management and property-maintenance company servicing major real-estate owners and managers, as well as national corporations and restaurant franchises, has just opened a local office to service Dallas and Fort Worth, and the other cities and communities that make up the Metroplex.

The trend in property management in recessive times is to cut overhead, do more with less and outsource where you can. This has created a strong demand for companies that provide economies of scale and comprehensive service. To respond to the growing demand for HVAC, refrigeration and property maintenance services in our area, eBuilding Service, LLC has made a proactive move to address this need, through a local office.

Richard Conklin, eBuilding Service’s National Facilities Manager and the company’s lead technician, Tim Schleiger, will relocate from the Denver office to head a new team of technicians whose sole purpose will be to serve the Dallas/Ft. Worth area’s commercial property and restaurant marketplace. The expansion will enable eBuilding Service to attend to the area’s HVAC, refrigeration, restaurant repair and commercial property maintenance needs, as well as provide locally-based service to its national customers and new accounts in the region.

“We welcome the opportunity to enter the Dallas and Ft Worth marketplace on a local basis. We see a great demand for the comprehensive list of services we provide, for restaurants, commercial property managers, owners, and retailers,” commented Bryan Sperry, manager of eBuilding Service. “Our pricing and service strategy should be a welcome addition to this marketplace.” In Sperry’s opinion, commercial property owners, property managers and restaurant owners are looking to do more with less resources in these challenging economic times, by cutting overhead and concentrating supplier sources. A company like eBuilding Service is invaluable for this purpose.

“With our service model for HVAC/R, general maintenance, and restaurant repair, we literally add time to these people’s day, by allowing them to service their equipment and commercial buildings with less calls and greater efficiency.” says Sperry. “Our multi-service approach alone makes in-progress and completion reporting an efficient, real-time, single-shot process.”

Richard Conklin comments: “Providing refrigeration repair and service, HVAC repair and service along with general restaurant repair, all from one source, our Dallas office will provide on-the-spot installation and maintenance capabilities for our existing national restaurant customers, like Joe’s Crab Shack and Garden Fresh Corp. amongst others, while we gain local capability to service an expanding customer base in the region”.

(Recent developments at eBuilding Service, LLC)
- With its capability to provide general maintenance services for commercial property owners along with local and state government departments, eBuilding Service was named as the general maintenance service provider for all Ports of Entry in the State of Colorado.
-Opening and outgrowth of the Las Vegas, NV eBuilding Service office
- Garden Fresh Corp named eBuilding Service as provider of HVAC/R preventive maintenance service for their Denver, CO locations.
- Taco Bell named eBuilding Service as provider of HVAC/R preventive maintenance service, for their Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations.

eBuilding Service through its inventory tracking systems knows the refrigeration, hvac repair and general maintenance parts it uses each day for each job, and for each customer. With this parts knowledge and tracking, eBuilding can design the right parts stocking for our building owner and restaurant repair clients. Stocking too much means that your HVAC repair company is hauling around a bunch of useless parts day after day and having to account and pay for those items. Stocking too little means too many parts house runs costing the client excessive time on the job. There is a balance and the numbers tell us and our hvac, general maintenance and restaurant repair clients the exact amounts of each part to stock. It is an art to get it right and eBuilding Service uses data to make these decisions and to design specialized stocking plans for each customer with repetitive business in Denver, Dallas, Ft Worth, Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas.

Hints and safety issues with portable heaters. With a cold winter underway some great reminders to safely operate these popular devices.

Everyone deals with uneven heating in their home or business. Portable heaters have received a bad reputation as fire hazards. In most cases, though, the fires resulted from failure to follow instructions and common sense. Today’s space heaters are safer and more high-tech than ever. Not to mention the increased efficiency from just a few years ago.

Yes men, you must first read the instructions. Again, space heaters can be operated safely, without any concern for fire, if they are used properly.

Counter tops are not a safe place for most space heaters, unless of course, they are specifically designed for counter tops. Those not designed for counter tops can be a bit unstable and easily be knocked over, or have the cord tripped on.

Always place space heaters AT LEAST 3-feet away from any combustible material: curtains, couches, blankets, etc.
Never use an extension cord with a space heater. If the cord is not long enough to reach—then it is not a good place for the space heater to be located. Most space heaters now come with a cord long enough to reach, but keep in mind that the cords are designed at that length for a reason.

Ensure that the heater you purchase has one of two features:

Has an automatic tip-over switch. This safety switch disengages relay for heating elements (turns heaters off). Therefore, if unit tips over onto carpet or other combustible material, unit will automatically shut down and thus prevent a fire.

Is a ceramic pod-type heater that can be used either horizontally or vertically. Ceramic heaters are also safer because of their resistance to flammable chemicals.

There are several space-heater manufactures that come with removable thermostats; giving you the flexibility to control the temperature from a safe distance.

Oil-filled space heaters are quickly becoming the most popular—for good reason. They are safe, stable and use coated heating elements to heat the oil inside the space heater, similar to a hydronic baseboard heater. They also keep the air more humid; this is very important in dry climates such as Arizona and Colorado. Finally, these heaters heat the oil which maintains some of the heat after the thermostat has shut down the heating elements, thus the residual heat continues to heat the room.

Please remember, space heaters can be an effective means of heating only specific areas within your home or business, but they can be potentially dangerous as well. Always follow ALL safety guidelines to ensure the safety of your patrons or family.

Be safe, be warm, purchase wisely!

Your building maintenance, repair and service company needs to be available and ready to respond twenty four hours a day, seven days a week and three hundred sixty five days a year. While we would like all of our customers calls to come into our offices between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday, the reality is that they come in at all times including the middle of the night. It is the middle of the night and weekend calls for refrigeration repair, hvac repair, restaurant repair and general building maintenance that many times are the most critical for our customers.

Commercial property managers, national restaurant chains and commercial property owners rely on eBuilding Service to be there when they need us most. To meet these needs, eBuilding Service uses IP telephony with a custom built Internet phone server supplying redundant backup for emergency calls to our office. On call technicians are not only called from our custom designed phone server, they are emailed as well. To ensure a timely response, we just don’t notify one on call technician, we notify multiple technicians and alert them to make sure that your mission critical restaurant repair, refrigeration service or building repair is not missed even at 3:ooam in the morning on Sunday. All calls to our company are important however, we understand that we can set ourselves apart from the competition with our emergency response reliability and systems.

Richard Conklin, eBuilding Service’s national facilities manager along with eBuilding’s lead technician, Steve Marciniak, relocating from it’s Michigan office, will lead a new team of technicians to serve the greater Las Vegas commercial property and restaurant marketplace. The objective in Las Vegas will be to expand eBuilding Service’s growing commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, Restaurant Repair and commercial property maintenance business.

“We are very excited about the opening of the new office in Las Vegas as it marks an important step forward for the eBuilding’s growth in the western United States,” commented Bryan Sperry, manager of eBuilding Service. “We were originally approached by several of our national customers who specifically asked if we could begin servicing their Las Vegas facilities. We saw a big void in the market for our type of service and capabilities and quickly decided that the opportunity in Las Vegas was one that made tremendous sense.”

Richard Conklin, commented: “As a complete provider of commercial restaurant repair services, refrigeration and HVAC service, installation and repair, we will now be able to offer our full line of services in Las Vegas from Henderson to Mesquite for our existing national restaurant customers including among others, Jack In the Box and Pizza Hut.”

Recent developments of eBuilding Service, LLC
