Summer Is Coming! Don’t Get Caught Without Air Conditioning at Your Building

eBuilding Service removes an old RTU at Denny's at Alameda & I-25 before replacing it with a new 10 ton HVAC unit. At this location, eBuilding Service was able to make heating and cooling repairs that others had been unable to accomplish over a period of several years.
New Commercial HVAC Equipment: Warm weather is just around the corner and now is the time to be replacing commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. As the temperatures rise so does the cost of new equipment. Commercial HVAC contractors get busier with each degree of temperature increase and so do their prices. Don’t wait until summer to evaluate whether your commercial building, restaurant, apartment complex or hotel is going to be kept cool by your existing HVAC equipment. The first heat wave is not the time to decide to install a new commercial RTU on your building. If you wait until then, you’ll typically wait the longest and pay the highest prices. Let eBuilding Service evaluate your cooling equipment now and help you plan and prepare for the summer heat. We specialize in commercial HVAC and service the entire front range of Colorado including Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Aurora, Parker, Boulder, Louisville, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Let us evaluate your commercial heating and roof top air conditioning units. This winter, we have already replaced numerous commercial HVAC units for our commercial customers.
Spring RTU Tuneup and HVAC Preventative Maintenance: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Our typical preventative maintenance service provides quarterly inspections, adjustments and service to help maintain the efficiency and reliability of your equipment and to help prevent and minimize downtime, repair bills, and loss of use. Preventative maintenance programs are customized for our customers specific needs and budget parameters. Preventative maintenance service should include dating and changing filters and insure correct sizes and types are utilized, check and lubricate blower motor and shaft bearings, check condensing/evaporator coils, brush and wash down with water if conditions allow, use fin tool to straighten fins. Coils should be cleaned a minimum of two times per year. Check adjust and/or replace belts, pulleys, motor mounts and assemblies. We recommend and leave extra belts at each unit. Check refrigerant charges and add as needed from losses due to equipment checks. If a unit is actively leaking, then with our leak detection equipment we locate and estimate repairs to correct the leak. Check A/C compressor crankcase heaters. Additional items are recommended including but not limited to heating system operations and controls. Proper commercial preventative maintenance covers numerous items and is highly recommended to keep your commercial RTU operating well when the heat arrives this summer.
If you are a commercial property manager, restaurant operator, hotel manager, or commercial property owner, let our experience and buying power provide savings for your business. If you are considering a new commercial air conditioner or need commercial HVAC tuneup or preventative maintenance service, call eBuilding Service today at 303-592-1055 for an evaluation of your commercial heating and cooling equipment. eBuilding Service, LLC is a recipient of the 2009 and 2010 Denver BBB Gold Star award.

eBuilding Service Awarded HVAC/R and Commercial Appliance Maintenance Contract by Brinker Corporation of Dallas, TX
Denver, CO January 13, 2011
eBuilding Service(http://www.ebuildingservice.com), based in Denver, one of Colorado’s fastest-growing restaurant and commercial property maintenance companies, has just been awarded a major HVAC/R and commercial appliance maintenance contract by Brinker Corporation of Dallas, TX. eBS will now service twenty-one Chili’s restaurant locations all along the Colorado Front Range.
Under the new agreement, eBuilding Service will undertake scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair of restaurant kitchen and food preparation equipment, including refrigeration and HVAC systems, steam tables, walk-ins and reach-ins, and ventilation equipment; together with grills, ovens and fryers.
“We had been working from last April to date, with nine Chili’s restaurants on the Front Range from Denver, southwards to Pueblo,” said Bryan Sperry, CEO of eBuilding Service. “We’re thrilled to have earned the ability to service these additional Front Range Chili’s locations.” In awarding eBuilding Service twelve additional restaurants to service, Brinker Corporation more than doubled eBuilding’s commitment in one stroke. eBS will now service Front Range locations from Pueblo to Ft. Collins.
“The Colorado Chili’s operation is run about as efficiently as any restaurant business I know,” Sperry opined. “When you are trusted and selected by people who have evolved and refined their business method, and apply it as well as Brinker does, you know your own company is doing things right, too. We’re happy to have proved to Brinker Corporation that we have the systems, people and know-how to service their top-notch restaurant operation. What we do from here is strive constantly to convince them on a daily basis that they backed the right horse.”
This redoubled commitment to Chili’s provides additional depth to an already-deep eBuilding Service customer list of corporate and locally-owned restaurant businesses and commercial property owners. “We have worked really hard to build a team of professionals that service both the hot and cold side of the kitchen,” says Bryan Sperry, “and by being just one call for all their hot and cold restaurant service needs we provide a huge benefit for restaurant general managers. The important fact is that we have proved we’re 100% accountable, and worthy of serving the best in the industry. We thank Brinker Corporation and Chili’s restaurant management for their confidence in eBuilding Service.”
Since 2006, eBuilding Service has provided commercial property maintenance services including HVAC and refrigeration equipment, appliance repair, tenant finish, regular and preventive maintenance on restaurant heating and cooling equipment, as well as general interior and exterior commercial property maintenance, ranging from plumbing and electrical, to landscape services and commercial locks, including interchangeable core systems. Being Green This Holiday Season and Beyond
There are plenty of ways for us as a company to reduce our carbon footprint. eBuilding Service, a leader in the commercial building maintenance, commercial construction, commercial tenant finish, commercial refrigeration and commercial havc repair and service , is an eco-conscious organization that strives to provide environmentally-friendly products and services. By using green practices such as eliminating waste, increasing efficiencies and reducing carbon-dioxide emissions, eBuilding Service can effectively meet the needs of today’s green-minded consumers.
During this holiday season, we sent our customers environmentally friendly greeting cards. Our greeting cards contain wildflower seeds imbedded into the cards so that our customers can literally cut the card into small pieces, plant the card into the ground, water and watch the flowers grow. Where a special thank you is appropriate, we try to use gift cards whenever possible. These cards can be purchased online and a large number of retailers now offer gift cards made out of green elements like such as eco friendly bio plastic.
Our company’s green initiative starts with our information technology department. Computer equipment consumes considerable amounts of energy and requires a great deal of hardware in order to maintain the internal and external communication devices that our staff, customers and clients rely on. Our IT department uses virtualization with our servers . In a nutshell, virtualization software allows us to run multiple operating systems simultaneously on a single computer — turning one computer into many, saving energy and space. This is just one example of how proper management of technology is reducing our company’s carbon footprint energy emissions.
eBuilding Service is a extremely low consumer of paper and through our use of online systems and processes, we strive to have a paperless work environment. Our commercial hvac, refrigeration and general maintenance technicians in the field enter their job notes, costs, parts orders, and time all online from their vehicles thus greatly reducing and in many cases eliminating paper consumption. eBuilding Service utilizes online video conferencing with our managers and technicians greatly reducing travel and fuel consumption for meetings.
Our commercial HVAC/R fleet of vehicles is centered around Dodge Sprinter vans which are high efficiency, high mileage, diesel vehicles that achieve up to 30 miles per gallon. When compared to some of our competitors, eBuilding’s fossil fuel consumption from our vehicles alone is less than half. The offices of eBuilding Service feature green practices including on demand hot water heaters for all domestic hot water usage. Our kitchen feature reusable plates, cups and utensils. All offices use compact florescent light bulbs including all exterior building lighting to reduce electricity consumption.
eBuilding Service has committed itself to sustainable business practices. We try to lead by example and can help your property management company, commercial property ownership entities, and/or restaurant add to the bottom line while at the same time having a positive impact on our environment. Our customers are increasingly becoming environmentally conscious consumers and eBuilding Service is meeting this new demand for green products and services. We embrace sustainable practices and are committed to a green workplace and practices.
