Reports to Director of Facilities.
Job Summary:
eBuilding Service is actively seeking an aggressive, self motivated individual to fill a commission based sales position. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Visiting prospective clients to market the companys services.
Preparing service estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and respond promptly to all service requests when required.
Provide sales for air conditioning, heating and refrigeration, tenant finish, general maintenance and lock systems services.
New service development planning and management.
Proactively solve the clients' facility service needs and grow accounts.
Work closely with other managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must be able to meet individual sales goals
Self Starter
Motivated to generate new leads
Must work efficiently without direct supervision
Day-to-day client management experience.
Strong project management skills.
Extremely organized and highly motivated.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Experience giving presentations to clients.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
